Medium: Taking Us Back to the Future?
What do you think…
Only the best use cases come from those strange, imaginative users way out there in the ether. That’s right, I’m talking about GEN X. We’re proud, sarcastic, and weathered. Been there, tried that. Sigh.
Today’s imagination is what life might be like where I go to Twitter to lurk on the horrors in our world say, a mere 3 months from now. But to express, I have a new destination in mind: here.
If I feel expressive and can’t make it into a podcast episode, how about I succinctly (oh gosh I’ve assigned myself a longer character limit, this time offered in estimated read times) just.post.here?
It’s possible, I guess. Shorter is better anyhow. The ultimate internet question though is: am I alone? Really alone? Who is reimagining their life — your app notifications are already off, visits to social networks are by necessity, and true expression (sharing ideas and twisted takes on the world) is taken elsewhere (where the business models are more rational and the drinks are fine and artisan).
Is love really all you need?
